Cloth Nappy workshop - Jenni is running monthly workshops via Zoom, giving you all the info you need to make the switch and ditch disposables for good! Book here.

One Song together - Every Tuesday at 8pm (UK time), Join #OneSongTogether to celebrate and raise funds for local Mutual Aid projects tackling the Covid-19 crisis. On Tuesday they’ll be singing Hey Jude. More information available here here

The East Dulwich Personal Trainer - Carter, The EDPT (East Dulwich Personal Trainer) is running online training sessions. Specialising in training clients from a variety of backgrounds. Get fit, get strong and get healthy. All sessions are run online via Zoom. Options include a full timetable of donation based classes (HIIT, Core, Combat fitness and more) or personal training sessions, price on application.

Chiara De Vita yoga - Chiara has been practicing yoga for over 6 years and has recently completed her yoga teacher training in Vinyasa Yoga with Marcus Veda and Hannah Whittingham at the Good Life Yoga School in London. T She teaches slow flowing classes and also more dynamic classes for individuals and groups, all designed to awaken the body and quieten the mind. She usually practices at Yogarise in Peckham and is now offering free classes from her home in Nunhead. Contact her directly on devitayoga@outlook.com to arrange a class.


Simona Dance Zumba - Zumba classes from Simona are available throughout the week via Zoom for £3 per lesson; more detail and timetables can be found at https://www.facebook.com/simonadancefitness/

'Lockdown Lindy' - Saturday Swing Dance with Lindy Hop teacher Wendy Steatham. Different focus each week from Cheeky Charleston to Shim Sham sequence special. More details at www.bookwhen.com/wendysteatham £5 (or reduced ticket option £3)

Janice White is offering weekly 1 hour hatha yoga classes via Zoom (cost £5*) on Mondays at 7pm and also a fortnightly session on Friday evenings at 6.30pm (starts 17 April) exploring different movement, breath and meditation practices to support you during lockdown life (cost £8*). The first session will focus on yoga for stress and anxiety and future sessions include mindfulness & self-compassion meditations and yoga for a better night's sleep. Kamlyn Chak - adult and children's yoga teacher is offering a free, daily (Mon-Fri) 5 min meditation for all ages, a free children's class every Monday at 15.00 for ages 4 -10 (link here), a free Teen class every Monday at 17.00 for ages 11+ (link here).There is a donation based adult class on Wednesday at 20.00 (link here) suggested donation £8 if wages are unaffected, but any amount or no amount is also very welcome. Amy Lamont Fitness - Amy is running short, home based Bodyweight (equipment free) workouts live on Instagram. These are all suitable for different fitness levels as options are given to modify or progress all moves. Instagram lives are Saturday mornings at 9am and Wednesday evenings at 7pm.
