The East Dulwich Personal Trainer - Carter, The EDPT (East Dulwich Personal Trainer) is running online training sessions. Specialising in training clients from a variety of backgrounds. Chiara De Vita yoga - Chiara has been practicing yoga for over 6 years and has recently completed her yoga teacher training in Vinyasa Yoga with Marcus Veda and Hannah Whittingham at the Good Life Yoga School in London. Janice White is offering weekly 1 hour hatha yoga classes via Zoom (cost £5*) on Mondays at 7pm and also a fortnightly session on Friday evenings at 6.30pm (starts 17 April) exploring different movement, breath and meditation practices to support you during lockdown life (cost £8*). The first session will focus on yoga for stress and anxiety and future sessions include mindfulness & self-compassion meditations and yoga for a better night's sleep.
